    General Policy
  • The rooms are cleaned daily,while the sheets and the towels are replaced on the 3rd day.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Check-in at 14:00 & Check-out at 12:00

  • Payment Policy
  • In order to confirm a reservation, you must deposit 25% of the total cost of the reservation and a copy of the prepayment should be sent via email.

  • Cancellation Policy
  • In case a reservation is cancelled:
  • 22 days or more before date of arrival of the customer, then the deposit is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client).
  • 14 to 21 days before date of arrival of the customer, then 50% of the deposit is refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client).
  • 13 days or less before date of arrival of the customer are non-refundable.

  • As of 1/1/2018 the overnight stay tax 0,50€/night applies
